How can I return an item I have purchased but no longer require?

Bed Frames, Tables, Chairs, Couches and other decor items such as lighting, wall art and rugs.

You can change your mind and return any of the above items within 7 days following delivery. Please email within the 7 days to let us know of your intention to return the item. We will then email you with a Returns Form to be completed, printed and attached to the item to be returned.

The customer is responsible for organizing and covering the cost of all returns.

All returns are to be returned in their original packaging and must be in the same condition in which they were sold.

Once we have received the return and are happy with the condition of the item, we will issue a full refund to the value of the product within 10 days.


In the case of mattresses, regrettably once a mattress has been received and the packaging removed, same cannot be returned as it is classed as “used” and cannot be re-sold for hygiene reasons.

Please be sure to check to do the appropriate research regarding your requirements and contact us for assistance and advice where required. It is important to be satisfied with your requirements and the product on purchasing. You are advised also to inspect the unopened mattress on delivery to ensure there is no damage.

Any Items that are not stocked by, including special sizes or colours can only be cancelled if we are able to cancel said item(s) with the manufacturer.

At we are committed to customer service and satisfaction and we offer a full resolution process on goods which are faulty or damaged.

In the unlikely event any product shows obvious signs of damage on delivery, we recommend you refuse to accept the delivery and contact us on as soon as possible. Our customer service department will then liase with you regarding the issue with the product and the resolutions process.

All sizes are approximate and stated bed sizes refer to the sleeping surfaces only. Mattresses may vary slightly from their mentioned dimensions due to manufacturing methods and comfort grading is for guidance purposes only and supplied to us by the manufacturer.

We offer a full 12 month guarantee on all goods; that they will be:

Of satisfactory quality

Be fit for the purpose for which they are intended and purchased

Be free from defects regarding both design and manufacture

Our Guarantee refers to and covers domestic home use of the products and does not cover any fault or flaw in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by the customer, commercial use, failure to follow written instructions regarding care or assembly of the goods or any repairs or alterations carried out to the goods once received by the customer.

We require the customer to contact us immediately they notice a fault or damage in the product. We require the customer to provide us with photographic evidence of the problem referred to.

In the rare event that goods are found to have breached the Guarantee, we will follow a fair and fast process towards resolution. The following are the steps which will be followed in order to come to a satisfactory resolution to any fault or damage:

Send the customer a replacement part in order to rectify the damage or fault.

Send the customer a full replacement product where a repair is not sufficient.

Where neither steps 1 or 2 above are satisfactory, we will offer a refund in order to conclude matters.
